If you decide to go ahead please do the following;
DEPOSIT
Pay 25% deposit, we accept credit card, direct deposit or you can pay in person in our store.
WORDING
Submit your wording either directly in your email or as a word document attached. Remember to include;
- Wedding Date
- Time
- Venue & Address
- RSVP Date & address
- Any other relevant information you would like on the invitation such as Dress Code
- Return address for your envelopes
Include other items such as wording for Wishing Well or RSVP Cards.
FONT STYLE
Select from our list of fonts or if we don’t have the font you want email us with the name (or the font file if you know how). Alternately leave it up to us and we will suggest a font to suite your invitation style.

GUEST LIST
Send in your guest list – please use our format to avoid delays in producing your invitations. CLICK HERE to view layout in Excel.
Please do not use all lower or all upper case as your invitations will be printed with whatever format is used.
INVITATION PROOF
We will email a proof for you of your invitation, envelope & accessories. Please check carefully prior to approving and let us know if you want any changes made.
APPROVE PROOF
Once your proof is approved and your guest list received we will print your invitations. Please allow up to a week for this stage. If we are assembling your invitations allow another week.
